Abstract submission guidelines

Last date of Submission of Abstract 1st August 2025

RAJMICROCON 2025 cordially invites post-graduate students, faculties, researchers, and practitioners to submit their abstracts for oral and poster presentations showcasing their original research and breakthrough ideas in the field of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases.

Instructions for Abstract Submission for Free Oral/ Poster Presentations

  • It is MANDATORY for presenting author to be registered for RAJMICROCON 2025 .
  • The abstracts must not have been published at any conference proceedings/ journal before.
  • The presenting author should be the first author.
  • All abstract submissions to be done online in the link provided at the end of the page.
  • You need to mention your preference of Oral/ Poster presentation and you will receive an e-mail confirmation after submission.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the RAJMICROCON 2025 scientific committee & the committee holds the right to accept/reject or to consider an abstract either for oral or poster presentation.
  • The decision of the RAJMICROCON 2025 – Scientific committee shall be final.
  • The mode of presentation whether Oral or Poster will be notified by Sep 1, 2025
  • Certificates will be given ONLY to the Presenting Author.

Guide to Abstract Submission

  • Abstract should be a PDF document, exceeding not more than 5 MB of file size and should be well structured (No graphics, images or tables to be used).
  • You need to submit the name, institutional affiliation & contact information of the presenting as well as the co-authors.
  • Please ensure the email address & mobile number of the presenting author is correct, as this will be the sole method of communication regarding acceptance.

Abstract Guide:

  • Word Limit: 300 words for the abstract body (excluding the title)
  • Title: Must be written in CAPITAL & BOLD letters.
  • Use font – Calibri/ Times New Roman, Font Size – 14.
  • Abstract body: Use font – Calibri/ Times New Roman, Font Size – 12.

i. Introduction: Indicate the purpose and objective of the research, the hypothesis that was tested and/ or a description of the problem being analyzed or evaluated

ii. Material & Methods: Describe the study period, setting and location, study design,  study population, data collection and methods of analysis used.

iii. Results: Present as clearly and in as much detail as possible the findings and/or  outcomes of the study. Please summarize any specific results.

iv. Conclusion: Explain the significance of your findings and/or outcomes of the  study for prevention, treatment, care and/or support, and future implications of  the results.
